    How much protein is enough to loose fat but gain muscle about? 5’3 129.4 LBS 21 F

    @foulendeparis Not OP but I'm 5'2 at 1760 calories in a deficit and hit 135g of protein a day. 0 fat Greek yogurt is your friend.
