    @dreamylala Yes I think I’ll be doing that. I want to get to a healthy spot first. Calorie wise I’ll just maintain or maybe eat up. A bit to try to bulk. I tried bulking before but realized I was meant to maintain protein intake daily not just on work out days so missed out on some serious gains.

    @mrdung1108 Cool thanks. I definitely can’t see my ribs or bones to be honest! The pelvic tilt is def a factor

    @eng_b33f So basically eat like 1700 calories per tdee calculator with lots of protein? I realized also that it’s body fat percent, so if I get more muscle the fat percent go down.

    @californio Good feedback I hope to experience similar results although I ultimately want my weight to go up but from muscles. I guess it’ll take some time to be a Floyd mayqeather :)

    @jonwalter It’s not a giant beer belly but trust me, it’s sticking out lol. Do you suggest lowering calories or maintaining, I want to maximize muscle growth at this point
