    @luin31 It’s really about whatever you can be consistent with. I’ve been working out 3x a week for the past 4 months and I have seen results

    I’ve been going to the gym for about 5 months now. The goal is to lose weight and become leaner. I’ve been pretty consistent with lifting 3 x a week, however my diet is lacking in ways. I eat a high protein diet, but I've been through many cycles of losing a few pounds and gaining them back...
