    @nychristian15 I did Chad for the first time this uear with 35#s. I didn't find it actually that hard - more of a head game...ans then I tried to walk the next day....

    Overhead squats makes me so f**king angry

    @mobileleprechaun I keep a pvc pipe in my office and whenever I get up to move/stretch a bit - I grab it and just work on range of motion etc. Been 6 weeks and it's already making a difference
