    @dawn16 really?? aesthetics aside, I've always read on here that pointing your toes is better for compression. I'm genuinely curious. Also, it seems like an L/V-sit is just a demonstration of your existing flexibility. No one is actually getting more flexible during the execution.

    @fromgenesistorevelation is an L-sit something one can work on every day (effectively)? whenever I work on compression my hip flexors get crazy sore and I take one day off them at least. splits and squat challenges make sense because they are more flexibility related. this just seems like it...
