    @prayersword Still a student but I prefer to train in the morning. If you’re not a morning person it may take some getting used to but it’s just so practical. Plus you’ll avoid the busy hours at the gym.

    @idut Yes I meant parallel to the ground like 90° to a line perpendicular to the ground. Somehow I never thought we were talking about the angle of the knees 😅. I will indeed try to go deeper now. Thanks for the explanation !

    @trubaduren I always thought you were supposed to get parallel to the ground for full depth. I do use little plates under my heels, but then how deep do you think one should aim for ?

    Hello everyone, I always had trouble going very deep on squat. When I go to full range of motion ( eg 90° that’s it ) I tend to feel my ass more and not so much my quads. In this situation would you recommend going heavier with a lesser range of motion or keep working at full range ? Thanks...
