    @skyescotland I’m about 23% rn but I know I’ve seen guys less muscular than I am and way less fit have bicep veins and it hurts me little heart 😢. I do strictly body weight workouts including weighted pull ups but it just never feels like my biceps are doing that much work.

    @albatro55 u can start with inclines for now... you never want to do bad form. shoulder blades together going down and arms fully extended going up. Don't cheat yourself. as u get stronger you want to make it more difficult... so from incline to normal to decline then when you can do 20 decline...

    @albatro55 Hey kid this is what ill recommend to you... attempt a 30 day push up challenge. get a calendar and hang it on your bedroom door/wall and mark each day u complete the challenge. I recommend u do this when u wake up in the morning AND at nights before taking a shower and going to bed...

    How many pullups are enough in a workout

    @houstonreborn If u can do over 10 with good form. It’s time to do them weighted. Add enough weight to make 4 hard. And do that for 3 sets. Then drop down to enough weight to make 8 hard. Do those for 3 sets… Then do body weight pull ups to failure for another 3 set. Take adequate rest time...

    @mally1992 That’s definitely interesting I know people who can do 30 push ups but can’t manage 2 pull ups.

    @chosen44 Different muscle groups but u have to be realistic here. A strict Pull up requires an enormous amount of strength. U are moving much more weight than u are with a push up. It would be very odd that his pull strength is that much more greater than his push strength.
