    @dan123 5’ and I feel my best at 116-118. 110 would be really hard for me to maintain and quiet frankly I’d probably have to be very restrictive on the day to day. No thanks.

    @stephny 5’ I find that I feel best around 115 however I’ve been focused on putting on muscle. Currently 140. If I get to 125 and I like the way I look, feel and my clothes fit again I’d be okay with that. Not that attached to the number in the scale.

    @wo7 Thank you! I love tuna and cottage cheese and everyone else gives me the side eye even for suggesting. Love it with tomato and a little Italian salad dressing.

    5’4 last few pounds are so hard to lose

    @ki77ie 5’ and 110 is too thin for me and I’m petite (small wrists and waist). Why not pick a healthy body fat percent and shoot for that. At the end of the day if you’re 110 and 30% bf vs 115-120 at 20-25% BF you’re better off at the higher weight. You’ll probably take up about the same space...

    When is walking considered a workout?

    @anoncord I can’t do anything but walk right now so I walk 3-5 miles and then lift. Some days I only walk. I’ve had to adjust my calorie intake to match this lower effort (used to be an avid runner). ACOG recommends 30 min x 5 days of anything that gets your blood flowing.

    is there any other 5’2 to 5’4 women that feel best at 140lb to 150lbs or is it just me?

    @matt24vs14 I’m 5’ and 140 right now (do not like the way I feel at this weight) and I’m snug 4/big 6.

    12 week plan

    @jace151982 I meal prep and pretty much eat the same thing for a week. I make sure I have enough for 3-4 days so I’ll I’m doing is heating up my stuff and making dinner for my family.
