    @maxmillianmichieli Reduce the amount of exercises, it's excessive unless you're incredibly advanced and massively adds to the time of workout (going between machines etc). Really you just need 3 or 4 pulling movements that cover upper/middle back and lats. Reduce volume, it's likely too high so...
