    @dawn16 Name one thing he is eating that isn't a complete protein? It seems that you don't know what foods constitute "complete", that word is falsely used because all plant foods are complete.     @newbee3 Try vedge protein, they're really good! Taste great, not thick. Vanilla is their best flavor

    What are your favorite ways to cook tempeh?

    @evnhope Honestly my fav easy way is to dice it up into 6 strips from 1 package, and marinade them in some type of Teriyaki sauce, then throw them in the oven at 375F for 40mins. Use parchment paper obviously.
