    @cindyfernandez Does your personal trainer have any nutrition or dietary credentials? If not, I wouldn't listen to a word he says about nutrition. Listen to professionals who know what they are talking about.

    @aandrews Something that helped me was learning and educating myself on meat. How it affects your body, the animal, and the environment. This was VERY eye opening. I did not crave meat after this process.
