    @xene19 Aging definitely can contribute to this, however 32 is not the age where this happens. If you are gaining weigh, it is because you are in a caloric surplus. You are either less active than before or are unconsciously eating more than before.

    @siju We are a family of 6 and we do one big laundry day on Sundays plus one sports practice uniform laundry intervention mid-week (usually Weds or Thurs). Mostly the problem is premature condemnation of a piece of clothing as dirty when it can easily be folded/hung up to wear again another day.
