    How do you make exercise not about weight loss?

    @uticus I started rock climbing, and got really into it, so now all my fitness is meant to support that and help make me better at it. Yoga and Pilates for strength/range of motion/body awareness, lifting to get stronger, hiking for cardio and so I can eventually do mountaineering type stuff...

    What’s your workout schedule/routine?

    @rorypond Ehhhh I’m getting back into it after a short break, but I like to do a full body workout 2x a week (M/F), rock climb 2x a week (Tu/Thurs), 2-4 mile run 2x a week (W/Sat), and some light yoga on my Thursday lunch break and Sunday mornings.     What are your non scale goals for July/august?

    @uticus Hmmmm mine are: 1) body weight deadlift at my usual 4x6 (15 lbs to go!) 2) climb a 5.12 (indoors) by October, as that will mark a year of climbing for me 3) climb an outdoor 5.10; I'm going outside for the first time tomorrow, so we'll see what I can do! 4) 5 pullups from dead hang by...
