I have been following along with some Youtube KB workouts (mostly tabata), which have follow-along timers.
Do you guys have similarly formatted workouts for follow-along? There's so much noise out there, I'm having trouble finding signal.
I have a few favorite workouts I follow along, and wanted to know yours. I prefer videos that have timers, where you train together with the presenter in real-time.
