    @cchabvuta I have heard that you can only absorb 45g of protein at one sitting. You may need to eat smaller meals more frequently, & make sure you're getting enough protein. Also you should probably be actually lifting if you want to stay at the weight you're at but recomp. Bodyweight work...

    @samuelperla If your body comp is changing, why do you need the number on the scale to go down? Serious question. Like, are you a wrestler or something?

    @lulahigley Yes, muscles need inflammation for growth, so taking NSAIDs reduces (but does not eliminate) your gains. It's not something you want to do all the time (& longterm repeated NSAID use has its own problems), but severe situations sometimes call for it! I wasn't kidding about exercises...

    @lulahigley Drink tart cherry juice or take tart cherry capsules at night after a workout. If you're having trouble walking etc, you should take ibuprofen.
