    @johnacola Awesome results! I can confidently say I would be a hateful cow if I cut my calories that low. I’m 5’1 and 115 and refuse to drop below 1500. My gym performance suffers way too much.

    @trinity50 Your results are phenomenal. Can you share the name if the training program? I searched their website but didn’t find any results under “female physique template”. I’m looking for a new program so keen to hear what you used!

    @thornbearer That…is a horrible diet. I’m sorry but someone needs to say it. Protein is absolutely essential as are fats.
