    C&P with long arms

    @kampell Im 6'4" /193cm I do not have this problem. I have had the occasioanl tendonitis flare ups in teh past.. what I have found really good to make sure this does not happen is a few things Halos for warm ups Hanging from bars and lower weight kettlebell arm bars and resitance band pull aparts.
