    @romans82 Yes and no. Deloads are important and your body may have greatly benefited from the time off. Whats absolutely a fact right now though is that you're the strongest you've ever been and your body is fully recovered. Time to get it!

    @getips It's too damn good to give up. I have job offers for more money but they cut my vacation time from 5-6 months a year to one month. Not into that right now.

    @beverly24 Yeah it gets better as you understand the movement more. The first time I benched (bar only) the thing felt incredibly heavy and wobbled all over the place.
