@dawn16 This . Years ago I was heavily influenced by Dorian Yates. This reminds me of the Shadow. On the bro split note, I use it. But I'm a bit older and maybe set in my ways. Regardless, I enjoy it. If enjoyment helps you stay consistent, don't worry about optimal splits so much.
