    @evnwlsn It isn’t that they’re lies, it’s that they aren’t suited for your concern. Like being angry that you couldn’t make lemonade out of apples. It was dishonest for them to take your money under the pretense that it would address your concerns, though.

    @bubblegum2021 I see what you’re trying to say, but waist to hip ratio is actually pretty well accepted (and hopefully moving toward favored) way of assessing women’s health risk status.

    Incline walking- how much should I be doing?

    @godsgraceisenough2013 I do maybe a 7-8 incline at 2.8-3.0 for short periods when I’m warming up for leg day it that’s about it.
