    @kimutaikim You should generally have more protein when cutting, and less when bulking not the other way around.

    @guaguar For the 80/20 rule, does that mean train to failure on 20% of sets and train not so hard on the other 80%?

    Training once a week

    @pmichel You'll be able to maintain going once as long as you hit all muscle groups. Training full body twice a week is enough to consistently grow, especially since you're a beginner.
