    @annieph Given the fact that your spleen could explode and rapidly kill you if it's ruptured, I would say take it easy if you're going to workout.

    @annieph I had mono earlier this year and was told that my spleen was inflamed and to stay away from contact sports and heavy lifting. I didn't lift for about 5 weeks before I figured I would be fine. I'd say take time off while you have symptoms at least, maybe longer and definitely ease back...
