    Low calorie count + workouts = tired

    @unhappymale I'm also 46 and I have similar issues. At 3:00 I would feel drunk I was so tired. My thyroid is borderline but seems to be ok and you may be perimenopausal :( I started lifting more and I'm eating more like 1,600-1,700 (I'm 5'8"). Those last ten pounds did not magically come off...
