@otfl4jah 99% agree. Just feel like this workout wasn’t actually that taxing compared to what I’d do on a regular Monday so I might redo. But almost any other workout I’d say yeah just do your best
@kaitlynturner Yes! I got my first mu in the open I think 2 years ago. Everyone was so excited and I was dropping in to a gym so I didn’t even know them it was awesome!
@mydonspace Depends, if they’re an athlete Murph or grinds like that really aren’t that bad. For me I’d be more pissed at high skill so either muscle ups or like a snatch complex or something where you’re totally lost and frustrated.
@thanhlam I tend to agree. Plus the just general over emphasis on pushing. Why burpees 3x week every week and not ring rows or something the same amount?
