    @jordan221 No...I have never heard of anyone having issues from eating too much fruit especially if you are eating a varied diet. Much more so if you are very active the fruit would give you a good source of calories as well.

    @markdavidverghese You can't really build muscle on a deficit, your body is more or less using the little energy it has to repair the muscle from your workout but not enough to build new muscle. If you want to build muscle eat at a slight surplus 200-500 calories.

    @danielson0101 Niiice yeah it's my go to pre-bed snack! The have a chocolate one too and kellogs has a pretty good cinnamon one if you wanna switch it up. I just buy what ever is on sale or the cheapest.

    @ryannap2203 Track your weight and adjust your calorie intake to where you are losing up to 1-2lbs a week. If you hit a wall then you need to look at reducing more calories or increasing your cardio - usually best to increase cardio at that point.

    @asparien 200 calorie surplus is not enough, I would increase to 500-700. You can always cut excess fat a little later but 200 calorie surplus is going to limit your potential gains.

    hello vegan friends, this may be a dumb question but…

    @christfollower21 I drink diet soda all the time during a cut, then replace with juice or tea as I need to ramp up calories for my bulk
