    @vinod367 In my opinion, no. You can always make bodyweight pullups harder by optimizing technique and just increase reps as well. How many people do you think can get 20 clean reps of pullups from dead hang at the bottom to bar to your neck/chest at the top? Almost nobody.

    @jonojim1337 Find any tricep exercise (and/or rep range) you can do without pain and only do that for at least a month or two. If you can't do any then you need to stop training triceps for that period altogether.

    @worship4him No problem, you ran into a stall and you searched for the answer. That's the right approach. Basically, after you get past beginner strength gains if you want to keep progressing then you shouldn't be going to total failure every week. Take a weight you can do for 6 reps to failure...
