    They say old guys shouldn’t lift heavy weights

    @maxmanroe 43 and Soon to be up to 275lb for squats and bench. But overhead is only 110lb. 255lb overhead is impressive!!

    Program tweaks: Any Suggestions please.

    @jackson12 Goals: Increase strength and tone. Would it be as Simple enough tweak to reduce amount of warm up and add weight to rest of it? Or would scaling to 5x5 or 5x4 and more weight be better?
