    @dawn16 Got it. How long do you think it'd take to gain 40 lbs? Around 5-10 yrs or more?

    @dawn16 Well that's a relief. Definitely no joint damage, just stiffness since I never really did any sport or movement until this year... It's been very painful. Just running 5 minutes or lifting the empty bar still gets me wrecked. I don't mind slow as long as I eventually catch up and get big

    @dawn16 This is... depressing.. As someone starting their sports life at 34 who wants to get big and also do martial arts
