    @damj 3 guys in my gym and all made Q’s last year hit sub 9:30 and didn’t make Q’s. The ghd and trt are strong in this community my friend

    Coaches.. there are other movements than burpees.. #justsaying

    @thanhlam The longer you do CrossFit the more you realize a pattern. If ive said it before ive said it 1000x. There is no rhyme or reason to CrossFit programming. Movements don’t pair together. Most people expend 100% of energy on a WOD. Recycling variations of burpees/pullups/etc. is easy

    @earnestq Red meats yes and even some sea food. But veggies will be your best bet, in short, the other nutrients that is absorbed with them supplies your body with iron in a superior way to red meat

    @earnestq Iron loss definitely makes you feel weak. While high intensity workouts lower iron levels through sweat and red blood cell loss, your best bet is to supplement iron loss with food. Leafy greens, beans and quinoa are probably your best whole food options
