    @carltonh When does your deadlift fail? Is it possible it could be your grip that’s failing? If that’s the case, it’s practice and grip exercises.

    @josh88 Not trying ti be a smartass but that’d be a pull-up: assisted either with a band or weight would be the best to start with then move to eccentric only.
