@thespeedboy My goal was to actually do it. Haven't since 2018. So far so good I guess. Still not in the shape I once was but did PR my thruster so I guess that's something.
@aachen_hexagon If you have access to a C2 Bike I would use that for a while to work in zone 2 until you're able to stay in that range while running. You'll be able to watch your heart rate on the bike screen and it's pretty easy to sustain/adjust your effort to maintain your heart rate.
@avi8856455 Sadly, not really. After he was done yelling at his judge, the one head judge came and gave him a solid talking to; she wasnt taking any shit from him. He then stormed off and threw his belt. Still no clue what he was pissed about.
@grace4nan "Your honor, all I wanted was to tell CrossFit how I unknowingly took a PED by giving my boyfriend a blowjob. Therefore, I should not be given a full suspension." - Emily Abbott (probably)
@bldssphq Assuming they arrive a few minutes early and add drive times and that's close to 2 hours. Most people dont want to spend that much of their time on the gym. That'd also be way too much volume for them. 2 lifts and 30 minutes of metcons would leave a lot of people just feeling beat up...
@mercy7able If you're an HWPO member you should have the Open Prep cycle. Lots of pieces focused just on gymnastics technique/conditioning.
Also, as for Flagship, you can start where you were after switching to Lift. Don't have to go back to Day 1.
