    @stephx I don't see any cardio in your plan. You should definitely add cardio, you can end your routine by getting on the treadmill, elliptical... Also diet is a key.

    @solomonhezekiah I also make sure I add protein supplements.. Protein shakes for example

    @wondering Seems you are only working upper body, you should also add lower body, especially gluts, hamstrings and quads.. And make sure you are taking protein supplements after working out
