    @mamared1 I’m assuming you don’t want to deploy “supplements” to speed this up. There’s lots of things we don’t know like your bf% and base level of fitness, how old you are, etc. most people aren’t gonna be able to starve themselves for a month straight so I’d recommend eating significantly...
