    Need advice regarding my training

@blessedmom4 I would take a look at Joe Defranco's stuff. You should lift weights if you want to get stronger, and taking your joints through their full ROM while under load is a great way to increase and maintain mobility He's got some newer stuff/programs that I'm not super familiar with but...

Had insane growth then suddenly no growth, what gives?

@hteezy Have you increased the volume or weight used at all? How much weight have you gained? What program are you actually running? It's very likely you have just hit a plateau with your currenr diet and training, which everyone does eventually. Progreas is not linear most of the time.

I’m over 30, and actually think I’m made of glass

@goodbookguy I wouldn't worry about it if there's no pain. Bodies/joint make noise. You might want to try a longer warm up or something but popping alone isn't enough to raise a real alarm

    Workout focus question

@ashnarrowistheway Have two "core" workouts that you do every week. Something full-body, some like 531 or gzcl would work. Hit everything you need to hit in those. Then you create some optional workouts that you get to if you can. Still full-body, but maybe something more like bodybuilding...

    Do light workouts have benefit?

@calvinabume Right but if it's all OP can muster than it's still better than nothing. Movement is good, period.

Tips or resources on injury-free workout programs?

@rickh1972 Accept that you will get injured and that's not something to overly concern yourself with. You get hurt, you work around it. You get to choose if an injury derails you or not Follow a well written program, training through full ranges of motion. Recover well (eat/sleep/hydrate)...
