    Vellner not holding back on Event 6/7 programming

    @anonymous258 I feel like I'm missing something. Why was it obvious that they neglected to test the workouts? Because in order to complete the workout it would've required them to run too fast?

    If you can recall, what was the first workout you RX'd? How far along were you when this occurred?

    @sammypetter It was 18.2. Had been doing Crossfit solo for about a year. I was humbled by the 50lb dumbbell, and an ascending ladder. Going up a ladder to 10 is a real mental battle for me. Knowing that the next set is going to be harder when you're ready to quit at round 6.. Great memories!

    2020 CrossFit Games Finals Event 1: 2007 Reload

    @holly957 Yeah this is it isn’t it? Wells looking pretty down on herself at the end there.. just doesn’t have a winners mentality, pretty disappointing. The race for 2nd in either field is where it’s at! 1st is set in stone.

    After a rough week, I probably got my best PR of my life!

    @logansc Such a great Workout! Good for you. Just for reference, this was on .com in 2011, and Jason Khalipa completed it in 11:57! What a machine. That’s 1:42 per round, just over 2 seconds per rep. Incredible.
