    @onehumbleservant I go by fatigue and muscle soreness. It usually takes me 3-4 days to recover now: I’m 64. It’s been working great for me.

    @nedlm10 What kind of pain? Muscle. Joint. Ect. If you’re going heavy you’ll often get muscle soreness.

    BMI thoughts

    @gracenprayers I just looked into this very thing a week ago. I’m 67” and weight 172. I can see my abs but the BMI chart says I’m overweight. Google BMI calculation for athletes or bodybuilders.
