    @heartguy I do PPL split and my session usually lasts for 1hr to 1hr 30 mins. I do probably 4-6 types of lifts per day in my routine

    @mikejody Yes. There are times where I feel strong and do heavy but theres also those days where i just lift moderate to light weights
