@beerandjesus Gotcha! Since quarantine I’ve been getting more and more into body weight workouts and tracking my food. This method of adjusting sounds great.
@beerandjesus Great job! Wow. Your TDEE seems lower than what I usually see on here. I also put your stats in the tdee calculator as moderately active and it says 3,151 calories to maintain weight. How did you calculate your TDEE?
@jaakk I’ve actually seen a lot of newbies make drastic progress like this as well. Don’t think it’s okay to kill people’s ambitions because you’re trying to make people think “realistically”.
