    @childofgod222 I have absolutely no idea. Back when I was tracking I was maintaining at about 1850-2250 (varied by day, usually fell on the upper end of that range).

    @freds I bloat, but supplementing fiber (I use generic Metamucil/psyllium husk powder) helps a lot. It also keeps me feeling full for longer, so I’m not constantly raiding the kitchen in the middle of the night!
