    @deogracias I agree with you, but I’ll add, weight gain can look a bit different based on height as well. I am 4’11, maybe 5’ and about 115 lbs, I notice 5 pounds on me super quickly. But my taller or larger cohorts tend to not notice weight gain until it’s closer to 15 pounds more. So it...
