    Best workout split week due to gym Covid restrictions

    @eawilli23 I like the idea of Upper/Lower split for this. I can get through about 4 exercises of 4 sets each in that amount of time. I have 2 big compound movements and then 2 secondary movements. I set reps based on the exercise as some exercises are not really good to load heavy and others are.
