    @shak4969 Are you able to see progression, apply overload and feel well rested enough for your next workout? Then you're probably fine. I for sure ain't going through all your program and calculating the amount of volume per body part for you, not for free at least.

    @ivans I don't know how you superset stuff, but this workout is supersetting chest with chest, triceps with triceps etc which is just blasting volume for the sake of it. And quite honestly if you're not on a time sensitive schedule supersetting won't do much for you anyways
