    Body exercises for the obese?

    @nwpioneer Came here to suggest this, or the minimalist routine. You can do push-ups against the wall, moving feet out as you get stronger. Lunges, go shallow and do them next to a table or counter, in case you need a little help. Do the rows from close to standing instead of leaning back...

    Scared to start exercising/tactics to start exercising

    @theknightlight I found it helps to do something that hardly anyone else does, so there’s no one to compare myself to. I like kettlebells.

    Squats: How far do you go down?

    @betsy789 What are you doing for abs? I don’t like most ab routines, but what I’ve been doing lately is farmer’s walk. It’s working wonders for my obliques. I’m kind of chubby, so I can’t comment on whether it’s flattening my stomach muscles. It’s also improving my running, I think.
