    @throughaglassdarkly I hope it helps! Back pain is the worst. Yes, I did have pretty noticeable strength gains. Ab exercises that were difficult before became relatively easy.

    @momtoonegirl Yeah, that one looks hard. The ab challenges are shorter, but every day, so you should still see progress. I was sore pretty consistently the first two weeks, but I no longer have been getting any soreness. I don't think lack of soreness means lack of progress.
