    @mandm Thanks! I’ve only been doing Australian pull ups (7reps, set of 3), do you think that’s also a good prep for me to be able to do the reg pull ups? I stopped using my resistant band ‘cause I read somewhere it’s not really that effective if you’re trying to do the reg pull ups

    @mandm I jog or bike but not consistently, I think that’s pretty much the cardio I do☹️ Do you have any suggestions for other cardio exercises that I can do at home?

    @archercrebb I’ve been eating more since I started getting active again, I’m also taking protein supplements and multivitamins just to be sure. But yeah, I think I need to rest for a bit and see if things improve

    Why am I regressing in my pushups?😢 Last year, I was able to improve from not being able to do a single pushup to a maximum of 18 reps. However, I stopped for four months and recently started again. A week ago, I could only do a maximum of 10 reps, but I've noticed that I've been regressing...
