    @faithy Thanks man :) I've heard a few times that my Snatch is really good according to my Backsquat. Time to make both things work better!

    @marktrovit I rarely do overhead squats to be honest but getting out of the bottom was a bit harder than it looked. The whole reason for me waiting so long at the bottom was because I realized it would be hard to stabilize the 100kg on the way up. My 1RM Backsquat is about 140kg so also not...

    @112358 I'm 1,84 and yes they are :) Our 70 years old Weightlifting Coach told me to do that and I'll always trust a wise man.
