    @skylar24 Well in this case you would probably get more micronutrients with the fruit but with the ice cream you’ve got more protein and fat. Plus it’s easier to eat ice cream if you are aiming for higher calories

    What’s your optimal workout time(s) and what time do you actually do it?

    @hungry_hungry_hippo I go first thing too and find that’s when I’m most productive. I get up at 4.45am, warm up and go fasted. I definitely cannot do the afternoon just doesn’t work for me
