    @livingme7 Not sure what you mean about RDLs. My impression as far as my soreness patterns is that rack pulls are far more taxing on the erectors and glutes as the hamstrings are already in a more shortened state than they would be with RDLs or conventional deads.

    @hellokitty Pick a program that is 3-4 days a week, focuses on heavy compound work as the backbone, and drive up the intensity on those lifts. Eat like your life depends on it. Report back in 12-16 weeks.
