@gabemaiberger Definitely! I told him I hope he was me from the future, just so I know hard work does pay off!

@matrich Haha tiny is very relative, my friend. And we have a saying here in Hungary: Kicsi a bors, de erős! meaning 'pepper is small but strong!' :)

@lisalilly Yes, I have really dense bones so I always weighed a lot more than I looked but it goes both ways. And thank you! I can't wait to get back on the rings!

@lisalilly Well I'd say that largely depends on body composition and things like bone density. For example before going down with chronic tonsillitis I was around 88-89 kg or ~195 lbs and I still looked pretty slim, while a good friend of mine is barely 72 kg (159 lbs) at 5'11" and he looks...

@abzu I can totally relate! I told him I hate how much muscle mass I lost by being sick for almost a month before surgery and he just said: 'and who the hell cares how you look? just move a bit more each day and you'll get your strength back in no time. looks will come with that.'

@louisreder Yeah you're right, the problem is he (like most people over 50 here in Hungary) doesn't speak English. But in these two days I told him all about this community and showed him tons of videos on Youtube. It was his first time seeing people like Al Kavadlo doing their stuff and he was...

@jbop0069 I'm pretty positive you'll find time to stay fit! My dad is a very busy guy (like you said job, family, mortgage, housework) but he just gets up at 5 am every other morning to do his workout. He's almost 50 now and in a great shape despite only doing calisthenics for a year. All it...

Hey guys, Just wanted to share a story, hopefully some of you will find it motivating. I had a tonsillectomy on Thursday so I had to spend a couple of days in hospital (plus 1 month off training, not cool.). Anyway, just when I arrive in the morning a guy comes in saying it seems like we're...
