    @whitehorse I think you’re taking it too seriously. It’s a workout. It should make you feel good. If it makes you cry and get injured, it may not be the right fit OR scale back.

    What do u have for breakfast

    @bagr4 I workout at 5am so I eat after. I do protein powder mixed with oatmeal. A couple hours later I eat a second breakfast of 1 cup egg whites, fruit and some peanut butter. And coffee with a mix of oat milk and half and half mixed in my frother :)

    CrossFit Open & Pregnancy

    @janey84 I worked out throughout both my pregnancies, but definitely listened to my body. Be gentle with yourself. This is not a time to PR, push yourself beyond limits, etc.
